SV Shabde

S.V. Shabde, co-founder of Coatall, has over 40 years of experience in the specialty films industry. He previously co-founded ‘SJS Plastiblends’, a polypropylene (PP) compounds manufacturer acquired by LyondellBasell in 2015. A pioneer in BOPET technology development in India, he has directed technical advancements for major manufacturers and held leadership roles at leading companies like Reliance Industries Limited.

Cagla Deangelo

As a co-founder of Coatall, Cagla brings extensive expertise in film technology, marketing, and strategy. Before Coatall, she was the Chief Film Technology Consultant at Thomas Frank Associates (TFA), where she led global marketing and film development projects for top BOPP film manufacturers. She also managed technology initiatives for OEMs and global consumer goods companies. Prior to TFA, Cagla held various technical, marketing, and strategic roles at ExxonMobil Films across the U.S. and Europe.

Tom Deangelo

Before founding Coatall, Tom established and led Thomas Frank Associates, a consulting firm specializing in innovation, engineering, and operations for the films industry. He also managed European logistics for Bausch & Lomb and drove engineering and business expansion projects in PE, PS, and OPS at Mobil Plastics. Tom brings extensive expertise in supply chain and operations management.

Neha Shabde

Neha Shabde, a member of Coatall’s leadership team, brings nearly a decade of expertise in supply chain and business analytics. Before joining Coatall, she worked as Manager of Analytics at Cardinal Health in Houston, Texas. She holds an MBA in Supply Chain and Finance from the University of Tennessee, USA, and an MS in Operations Management from the University of Pune. Neha plays a key role in driving strategic initiatives at Coatall.

Vikram Shabde

Vikram Shabde brings over 16 years of professional experience in the USA to his role at Coatall. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University. Before joining Coatall, he served as Principal Engineer in process control and automation at Celanese Chemical Company in Houston, Texas. Earlier in his career, Vikram conducted research at Alstom Power, focusing on optimizing electricity generation and pollution control processes.

Madhuri Shabde

Philanthropist and social worker, Madhuri Shabde is a co-founder of Coatall. She has played a crucial advisory role in the initiation and startup of the company, bringing her expertise in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and people management. In addition to serving on Coatall’s board, Madhuri is actively involved with “SAKAR,” a nonprofit organization specializing in child adoption.
