BOPP THERMAL LAMINATION & INSULATION FILMS

Coatall’s Metallized Thermal Films are vacuum-metallized with high optical density to provide excellent moisture barriers and consistent performance. The metallized surface is coated with a special bonding adhesive, making it ideal for multifunctional applications. These films are suitable for thermal lamination with paper, paperboard, and for use in insulation applications, including lamination with Polyethylene (PE) and Extruded Polystyrene (XPS) foams and sheets.

Typical applications include insulation for attics, walls, garage doors, and both metal and wood-frame buildings. Our REFLECTIONS™ IPG 800-MS1 offers excellent adhesion to PE, XPS, or polyolefin substrates, is resistant to corrosion and degradation, and provides a strong moisture barrier.
